What is Voilà?

Voilà^TM American Corn Oil, the newest product from the ever expanding line of POET biorefined products, is a high quality industrial corn oil derived from the patented POET BPX^® dry mill ethanol process.

Voilà is different from many other corn oils because POET's dry mill process operates without the use of high heat. Voilà is a versatile corn oil product due to its high level of product purity and low Free Fatty Acids (FFA) content compared to many other industrial and feed grade corn oils.
